Sometimes you can have unidentified performances for your musical works AND YOU’RE MISSING OUT ON ROYALTIES. Unidentified performances can happen when performances occur before a work is registered, or if the information from the service provider (like a radio station) isn’t detailed enough for SOCAN to complete a match. If you’re a music publisher accessing unidentified performance lists through the FTP or SFTP site, you can use this feature to submit a CSV list, bulk link request!
